This page describes Triqai's enterprise contracting path for customers that require negotiated commercial, security, privacy, and support commitments.

1. Purpose

Triqai offers enterprise agreements and addenda that can supplement or supersede portions of the public Terms, Privacy Policy, and DPA for the covered relationship.

2. Typical Enterprise Terms

• Order form and commercial terms
• Service level commitments (SLA) and support response targets
• Security documentation and compliance evidence package
• Data processing, transfer, and subprocessor governance specifics
• Negotiated liability and risk allocation language

3. Order of Precedence

Where an enterprise agreement is fully executed by both parties, that agreement governs over conflicting provisions in self-serve terms for the covered customer account and services.
