We updated our legal documents to reflect how the service operates today and to explain our privacy practices more clearly.

• Subprocessors. Replaced deprecated AI inference providers (SambaNova, Together, Nebius removed; Mistral and DeepInfra added) and clarified the limited data each provider category receives. Added Autom as a web-search fallback provider.
• Privacy Policy. Clarified data minimization, security controls, retention settings, analytics, and international data transfers.
• Terms, DPA, and Enterprise Addendum. Aligned provider disclosures, change-notice commitments, dates, and cross-references.

April 2026

Refreshed the legal package with clearer retention and deletion terms, expanded subprocessor governance and transfer disclosures, an enterprise contracting path, and improved navigation between legal pages.

Clarified lawful bases, service and data categories, data-subject rights, organization and API responsibilities, and the subprocessor disclosure process.
