These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Triqai website, dashboard, and API (the "Services").
Triqai is a trade name of Rediant, registered in the Netherlands (KVK: 97621803). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
1. Scope of the Services
These Terms apply to:
- The Triqai marketing website
- The Triqai dashboard
- The Triqai API and all related services
Triqai provides transaction enrichment and related functionality through a developer-focused API and dashboard.
The Services are intended for users aged 18 years or older.
2. Accounts and Organizations
2.1 Account Requirement
An account is required to:
- Access the dashboard
- Generate and manage API keys
- Use the Triqai API
2.2 Organizations
- Each user may create one organization or join one existing organization
- Organizations may invite members
- Roles:
- Admin: manage members, assign admin roles, manage API keys and billing
- Member: access permitted organization features
Admins may remove members or assign admin privileges at any time.
2.3 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- All activity occurring under your account or organization
3. API Usage and Restrictions
3.1 Permitted Use
You may use the API in:
- Production systems
- Consumer-facing applications
- Internal tools
3.2 Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Services without prior written consent
- Scrape, abuse, or overload the Services
- Circumvent rate limits, usage limits, or credit systems
- Create multiple accounts or organizations to bypass credit limits, abuse free tier offerings, or circumvent usage restrictions
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
Triqai reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
4. Plans, Credits, and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
Triqai operates on a subscription-based, credit-driven pricing model:
- Subscriptions grant a fixed number of credits per billing period
- Credits reset monthly
- Unused credits do not roll over
4.2 On-Demand Usage (Overages)
Customers may enable optional on-demand usage:
- Usage beyond included credits is billed as overages
- Overage billing is handled via the payment provider
4.3 Changes to Pricing
Triqai may:
- Modify pricing
- Introduce new plans
- Change or discontinue plans
Material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
5. Free Plans
Free or trial plans:
- Are subject to hard usage limits
- Do not include uptime guarantees or SLAs
- May be modified or discontinued at any time
6. Availability and Support
6.1 Availability
The Services are provided on a best-effort basis.
Triqai does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
6.2 Support
Support is provided via:
- Documentation
No service level agreement (SLA) is provided unless explicitly agreed in writing.
7. Data Ownership and Intellectual Property
7.1 Customer Data
- Customers retain ownership of their raw transaction data
- Customers retain ownership of organization-scoped enrichment results
7.2 Triqai Intellectual Property
Triqai retains all rights to:
- The Services
- The API
- Models, algorithms, and infrastructure
- Shared, non-PII enrichment data derived from aggregated usage
7.3 License to Process Data
The Customer grants Triqai a limited, non-exclusive license to process data solely to provide and improve the Services in accordance with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the DPA.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with:
The DPA is automatically incorporated into these Terms where applicable and governs data processing practices, including retention of operational diagnostics and logs.
8.1 Operational Data and Logs
To ensure system reliability, performance, and security, Triqai processes operational diagnostics, activity logs, and cached data. This data may include raw transaction inputs or descriptions when necessary for troubleshooting and monitoring.
Retention:
- Operational logs, diagnostics, and cached data are retained for up to 90 days
- Minimal pseudonymous abuse-prevention identifiers (for example, irreversible hashed email fingerprints) may be retained for up to 180 days
- In exceptional cases, logs may be retained beyond 90 days if required for ongoing security investigations or active support matters, but not exceeding 1 year from creation
- Log data references primary database identifiers; when primary data is deleted, associated logs become non-functional

9. Suspension and Termination
9.1 Suspension
Triqai may suspend access immediately if:
- There is abuse or misuse of the Services
- Payment obligations are not met
- There is a security or legal risk
During suspension, operational logs and cached data continue to follow standard retention policies (up to 90 days) unless the account is terminated or support requires extended retention for investigation purposes (not exceeding 1 year from creation).
9.2 Termination by User
Users may delete their account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.
Deletion process and timeline:
Account deletion results in:
- Immediate primary deletion (typically within minutes) of:
- Accounts
- Organizations
- API keys
- Stored transaction data
- Organization members
- Prompt purge of transient stores (within hours) including:
- Activity logs and operational diagnostics
- Cached data
- Operational queues
Billing records required for legal and tax purposes are retained securely by the payment provider. Minimal pseudonymous abuse-prevention identifiers may be retained for up to 180 days after deletion.
9.3 Termination by Triqai
Triqai may terminate access for material violations of these Terms. Upon termination, the same deletion timeline applies as described in section 9.2.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
Triqai makes no warranties, express or implied, including:
- Accuracy or completeness of enrichment results
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
Enrichment results are informational and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Triqai's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Customer in the preceding 12 months
- Triqai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
12. Changes to the Terms
Triqai may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
