By accessing or using the Triqai services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Triqai provides transaction enrichment and financial data processing services. Our Services include:

  • Transaction categorization and classification
  • Merchant identification and enrichment
  • Location data processing
  • API access for data integration

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
  • Use the Services to process data you do not have the right to process

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Triqai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our written permission.

6. Data Processing

By using our Services, you grant us the right to process transaction data you submit for the purpose of providing our enrichment services. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit such data for processing.

7. Service Level and Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Fees and Payment

Certain Services may be subject to fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your service agreement. We reserve the right to change our fees upon reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIQAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Triqai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
